It is important to note that any purchase totaling over JMD 10,000 will qualify for free shipping. This means that RearWear Limited will cover all shipping expenses for such orders, ensuring a seamless and cost-effective shopping experience for our valued customers.

In light of the recent increase in crime in the Montego Bay area, RearWear Limited places the safety of its employees and customers as a top priority. Consequently, effective immediately, we regret to inform you that Face-to-Face delivery service will no longer be guaranteed. This measure is necessary to maintain the confidentiality of our customers' and employees' identities and to prevent any potential foul play.

Instead, we will be offering the following shipping options for residents of Montego Bay who wish to shop with RearWear Limited. All purchased items will be securely packaged and can be picked up at any of the below designated locations:

1. Post Office #1 St. James Street, Montego Bay St, James. This post office is located directly across from the Montego Bay library.
2. Post Office #2 Clock, Montego Bay, St. James. This post office is located directly across from the Texaco Gas station at Clock.

We understand that this adjustment may cause some inconvenience to our valued customers, and for that, we sincerely apologize. However, our primary objective is to ensure the safety and well-being of all parties involved. Items are typically shipped by 1 PM on the same day or the next via Knutsford Express. Once shipped, delivery should occur by 6 PM the same day or by 10 AM the next day in case of delays.

Items must be picked up within 7 days of delivery. If left uncollected beyond 5 days, a storage fee of $100 per day will be applied.

For reference, JMD $1 is equivalent to 1 point. Once you accumulate 50,000 points, you become eligible to redeem a 25% discount code to apply toward your next order.

Once you navigate to the Rewards application on the website, you will see "Your Points" at the top. Directly below your points balance, there will be an option to redeem a "25% Off Coupon."

To claim your discount, simply click on "Redeem." A unique discount code will be generated and displayed on the screen. Additionally, the same discount code will be sent to your registered email for your reference.

Please note: This redemption option is only available to customers who have accumulated 50,000 points or more.

The discount code will be valid for a period of three months after it has been redeemed. If the code is not used to place an order within this timeframe, it will expire, and both the discount code and the points used to redeem it will be forfeited.

To maximize your rewards, be sure to use the discount before the expiration date.
