Refund policy
Our products are considered non-refundable merchandise, except in the following cases:
Damages and Issues: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately. We will first offer an exchange. If you are not satisfied with the exchange, a gift card for future use will be considered. To be eligible, damages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product. The merchandise should be carefully packaged and sent back to the supplier for inspection. Once the item is retrieved, we will offer a new item reshipment, an exchange, or a gift card if necessary.
Refunds: Please note that refunds are not available for the goods and services we provide. However, we are happy to offer store credit or a gift card of equal value, which can be applied toward your next purchase.
This option ensures that you still receive full value for your order and allows you the flexibility to choose another item or service at your convenience.
Exchanges: We offer exchanges in the following situations, but not limited to:
- Damage caused due to RearWear Connections' fault.
- Reporting of faulty, damaged, or defective items within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- When an incorrect item was sent to the customer.
