Purchase Options and Cancellation Policy for RearWear Connections

Welcome to RearWear Connections! We are committed to providing you with quality products and excellent customer service. Below are our policies regarding purchase options and cancellations.

Purchase Options

At RearWear Connections, we offer a variety of purchase options to suit your needs:

  1. Online Purchase:

    • Browse our product catalog on our website: RearWear Connections.
    • Add your desired items to your shopping cart.
    • Proceed to checkout where you can select your preferred payment method and shipping option.
    • Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase and estimated delivery date.
  2. Payment Methods:

    • We conduct bank account transfers.
    • Payments via PayPal are also accepted.
    • COD is also available if some terms and conditions are met
  3. Shipping Options:

    • Knutsford Express: Packages are shipped within 24 hours to any location across Jamaica. The cost is $700.00. Recipients can opt to pay for the package upon collection. Tracking information will be provided via email.
    • Post Office (Zip Mail): Packages are delivered within 2-3 business days. The upfront cost is $500.00. Tracking information will be provided via email.
    • Face to Face: No longer available in Montego bay due to the increase in violence.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order. Please review our cancellation policy below:

  1. Order Cancellation:

    • Orders can be cancelled once payment is not made. This means you will retain your funds. 
    • To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team immediately via email or phone with your order number and reason for cancellation. You also have the option to log into your account online and process the cancellation.
    • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible. In such cases, please refer to our return and refund policy.
  2. Return and Refund:

    • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, please report the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will first offer an exchange. If unsatisfied with the exchange, a gift card may be considered for a future purchase.
    • Refund is not an available option based on the items we sell however we do offer store credit/gift cards.

  3. Non-Refundable Items:

    • Certain items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged. These include personal care items, customized products, and final sale items.
