Shipping policy
Once an item is purchased and paid for, the shipping process will begin. Your package will be prepared and shipped using the option you selected.
Knutsford Express Delivery Option
We ship through Knutsford Express for fast and reliable delivery across Jamaica. With this option, your package will be ready for collection within 24 hours, at a flat fee of JMD $700.00.
Shipping & Delivery Schedule:
Orders paid before 1:00 PM:
Shipped the same day by 1:00 PM
Expected delivery by 6:00 PM the same day
In the event of delays, delivery will be completed by 10:00 AM the following day
Orders paid after 1:00 PM:
Shipped the next day by 1:00 PM
Expected delivery by 6:00 PM the same day
If delayed, delivery will be made by 10:00 AM the following day
Collection & Identification:
Packages can be sent to any Knutsford Express location islandwide. To collect your item, please present a valid form of identification, such as a National ID, Driver’s License, or Passport.
Storage & Late Collection:
Please note that packages must be collected within 5 days of arrival.
A storage fee of JMD $100 per day will apply starting on the 6th day.

Post Office (Zip Mail)
Zip Mail shipping is done through the post office. Packages are typically delivered to their designated location within 2-3 business days. Once the package is dropped off at the post office, the tracking number will be shared with you via email or whatsapp. The cost for this option an upfront fee of $500.00.

Face-to-Face Delivery
Due to the recent increase in crime and theft, RearWear Limited is prioritizing the safety of its employees and customers. Therefore, effective immediately, Face-to-Face (COD) delivery is no longer guaranteed. This measure is to ensure the safety and confidentiality of both our customers and employees.
For customers residing in the Montego Bay vicinity, RearWear Limited will use the following shipping options. All items purchased will be safely packaged and dropped off at one of the locations below:
- Post Office #1: St. James Street, Montego Bay, St. James (directly across from the Montego Bay library).
- Post Office #2: Clock, Montego Bay, St. James (directly across from the Texaco Gas station at Clock).
